Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte's party has won the most seats in parliamentary elections, according to exit polls. Rutte was in a heated race with far-right candidate, Geert Wilders, who enjoyed rising popularity ahead of the polls. The Dutch election is the first of three crucial Eurozone elections, followed by the coming French presidential election next month and the German general election in September. Cui Hongjian from China Institute of International Studies, Wouter van der Brug from University of Amsterdam, and Timo Lochocki with the German Marshall Fund weigh in on the matter.
